Set oven temperature to 325° F and grease a loaf pan. Place flour mixture in a large bowl and set aside. Place the enclosed Icewine Tea bag in another bowl and add 1 full cup (250 ml) plus 2 tablespoons (30ml) boiling water. Let steep until quite strong (about 5 minutes).Remove the tea bag from the bowl, squeezing out any moisture. Gradually pour the tea into the dry mix. Stir constantly until mixed. Place in greased loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let sit on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan. A delicious moist Apricot Bread!!
