I love this bread! The first time I tried it I asked my daughter-in-law; Laura to mix it up and add a cup of sharp cheese. Laura was just ready to put it in the baking pan and “said” I must have missed something, that was too easy”. No, she didn’t miss anything, it was that easy and very delicious with our dinner. I highly recommend this bread.

The chili chive beer bread has been my go to for several years now, when friends or family gathered for a quick visit or an evening of rummoli. Making it up like a rounded sourdough, hollowing it out and filling it with the Popeye’s Passion seasoning dip, made for a quick and easy snack food. My family and all my friends love this , and now that covid restrictions are lifting, I look forward to making this again and again as we are able to gather slowly once again.
