
Strawberry Fir Sorbet
		
		A favorite dessert that takes no time
to prepare!

							Ingredients
				- 1 Bottle of Snowdon House Strawberry & Fir Vinegar
 
Instructions
				- 
										Prepare ice maker chamber the night before, ensuring that it is frozen
 - 
										Place Snowdon House Strawberry & Fir Vinegar in ice cream maker and turn on.
 - 
										It will take20 - 30 minutes until frozen.
 - 
										Serve in a sorbet or clear glass dish and top with a strawberry, and a dessert wafer.
 
Recipe Notes
		If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can
place the vinegar in a stainless steel bowl in the
freezer. Stir the vinegar once per hour for
3 - 4 hours and you will get a coarser product,
more like a granita.
