When your pantry is well stocked with dried vegetables, soup base and spices, you are never short of ingredients. Their shelf life is very long, especially if kept in a dark cupboard.

If you don’t feel like chopping, just add dried vegetables to what you are cooking. One tablespoon of dried veg is equal to two tablespoons fresh. Use in soups, stews, burgers, dip mixes and more.
