Hot Brie with Fir & Fire

– round of brie cheese

-1 250 ml jar Snowdon House Fir & Fire Brie Topper

Cut the brie into 6 wedges.

Place a heaping tablespoon of Fir & Fire Brie Topper on each wedge. 

Bake in a 375 – 400° oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
