Salmon Lox – Woodland Kaviar and Douglas Fir Chevre

  • 1 package Douglas Fir and Tomato Seasoning Blend
  • 1 300 gram log of goat cheese
  1. Place the pkg. of Douglas Fir seasoning and goat chees in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Will last up to a week in the fridge. The longer it sits the better it gets.
  3. Serve on crackers and top with a rolled piece of salmon lox. Top with Woodland Kaviar*.

Lovely served on a live-edged board decorated with fir cones and fresh fir.
