- 1 package Douglas Fir and Tomato Seasoning Blend
- 1 300 gram log of goat cheese
- Place the pkg. of Douglas Fir seasoning and goat chees in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Will last up to a week in the fridge. The longer it sits the better it gets.
- Serve on crackers and top with a rolled piece of salmon lox. Top with Woodland Kaviar*.
