Dill Lemon Beer Bread


A lovely paring for dinner with fish or chicken .The lemon highlights the farm dill, that bursts with flavour.

Serve warm!



Product Description

You will need one can of your favorite beer (341-355 ml). Preheat oven to 375°. Place flour mixture in bowl, add a can of beer, stirring until flour is moistened. Grease loaf pan and spoon in batter. Bake at 375° for 45– 50 minutes or until crusty and golden brown. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes, turn onto a rack.

Ingredients:  Unbleached, enriched wheat flour, baking powder, spinach, sugar, lemon peel, dill weed, black pepper, salt.
