This Lemon Verbena and Ginger Infused Vinegar is great on salads, but my favourite recipe to use it in is with baked large shrimp or prawns and fresh rosemary. I have allergies to lemons, but the lemon verbena vinegar gives the lovely taste of lemons without the actual lemons. This I have also used in a lovely iced tea and it is so refreshing. Can’t find anything else like it on the market and it allows me to have the wonderful taste of lemons again.
