There is nothing like lemon verbena! A lemon flavor with no acid blended with fresh ginger makes a wonderful vinegar for cooking seafood or sprinkling on a salad.

Sprinkle on your salad for a refreshing hint of Summer. Use as a marinade. One or more teaspoons added to club soda makes a refreshing beverage.

We love the fruit-infused vinegars, and the lemon verbena ginger is our favourite (Douglas Fir is our next favourite). We add a light sprinkling of this to our salads—no need for oil! It adds a lovely light finish.

This Lemon Verbena and Ginger Infused Vinegar is great on salads, but my favourite recipe to use it in is with baked large shrimp or prawns and fresh rosemary. I have allergies to lemons, but the lemon verbena vinegar gives the lovely taste of lemons without the actual lemons. This I have also used in a lovely iced tea and it is so refreshing. Can’t find anything else like it on the market and it allows me to have the wonderful taste of lemons again.
