You will need one can of your favorite cider or soda (341-355 ml). Preheat oven to 375°. Place flour mixture in bowl, add a can of cider/soda, stirring until flour is moistened. Grease loaf pan and spoon in batter. Bake at 375° for 45– 50 minutes or until crusty and golden brown. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes, turn onto a rack.
Ingredients: Unbleached, enriched wheat flour, baking powder, candied ginger, cranberries, sugar, lemon peel.
