Pumpkin Crunch Beer Bread

A crunchy bread, full of a variety of seeds and soya nuts, a full-body flavour combined with pumpkin and ginger.

Serve warm!

 

You will need one can of your favorite beer (341-355 ml). Preheat oven to 375°. Place flour mixture in bowl, add a can of beer, stirring until flour is moistened. Grease loaf pan and spoon in batter. Bake at 375° for 45– 50 minutes or until crusty and golden brown. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes, turn onto a rack.

Ingredients:  Unbleached enriched wheat flour, sunflower seeds, soy bean, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, green peas, coconut oil, baking powder, powdered pumpkin, sugar, ground ginger, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, allspice

    Delicious and easy to make and wonderful served in the fall with a nice hearty stew, on a blustery day. Another of my favourites.
