Douglas Fir tips and Douglas Fir vinegar mingled with green and red chillies; a citrusy, savoury blend with a bite. Great on any kind of cheese.

Here’s a delicious way to use this product:

Fir & Fire Scallops with Green Beans

Preheat oven to 350. Slit the top of the Brie cheese and pour the compote on top of it. Top with sliced almonds. Bake without lid for 10 – 15 minutes just until cheese is melting. Serve on Baguettes or crackers.



Ingredients:water, sugar, white vinegar, Douglas Fir, pectin, zucchini, lime juice, dried chilis, spices, green chili peppers, black pepper, spinach, chives

    Fir and Fire has become a staple for me since I first tasted it several years ago. I love it on toasted popovers and used as part of a glaze for pork and chicken. Delish!
