West Coast Bread


Open a bottle of Snowdon House FirEssence, mix with the dry enclosed ingredients and you have the most amazing bread. Enjoy!


You will need one can of your favorite beer or a bottle of Snowdon House Douglas FirEssence (341-355 ml). Preheat oven to 375°. Place flour mixture in bowl, add a can of beer, stirring until flour is moistened. Grease loaf pan and spoon in batter. Bake at 375° for 45– 50 minutes or until crusty and golden brown. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes, turn onto a rack.

Ingredients: Unbleached enriched flour, Douglas fir tips, baking powder, sugar, lemon peel, juniper berries, parsley, salt, black pepper
